1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking of gift wrapping workshops, events, and related services provided by [Business Name] (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By making a booking through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.

3. Customer Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your workshop or event booking, the following refund policy applies:

More Than 14 Days Before the Event

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled event date will receive a full refund of the booking fee.

Between 14 Days and 3 Days Before the Event

Cancellations made less than 14 days but more than 3 days before the scheduled event date will receive a refund of 30% of the booking fee.

Within 3 Days of the Event or Non-Attendance

Cancellations made within 3 days of the event, or failure to attend the event (“no-show”), are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

4. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule an event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Illness or injury affecting the workshop instructor.
  • Venue or hall cancellations.
  • Severe weather conditions.
  • Government restrictions or other unforeseen events.

In such circumstances, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund; or
  • An alternative date where available.

We shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by customers, including travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.

5. Workshop Attendance

  • Participants are expected to arrive on time.
  • Late arrivals may be unable to join once the workshop has commenced if this would disrupt the session.
  • No refunds will be given for late arrival or early departure.

6. Gift Wrapping Services

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate.
  • We will take reasonable care when handling items provided for wrapping but accept no liability for pre-existing damage.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that are unsuitable, unsafe, excessively fragile, or prohibited by law.

7. Photography and Marketing

We may occasionally take photographs during workshops for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photographs, please inform us before the event begins.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Participation in workshops is at your own risk.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in our workshops or use of our services.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Data Protection

Any personal information collected through bookings will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
